Penn State Bookstore, developed by Barnes & Noble College, is an Android application that offers a one-stop-shop for all college essentials. Whether it's textbooks, spirit gear, supplies, or more, you can find everything you need in-store, online, or on the app. The app offers a 20% discount on one school spirit item in-store on downloading.
The app comes with several features that make shopping convenient and easy. App Perks offer exclusive discounts and offers updated regularly, while notifications keep users informed about special events and sales happening in the store. The app also features a café loyalty card (available only in select locations) that tracks purchases and rewards users with a free beverage after purchasing nine. With in-app purchasing, users can shop online for textbooks, spirit gear, school supplies, gifts, accessories, and more. Users can even order books through the app by scanning the barcode. Finally, the Activity screen shows order and shipment updates and sends rental due date reminders.
